The College of Ophthalmologists of Hong Kong will conduct an examination for Part A of the Diploma of Associate Fellowship of the College (AFCOphthHK Part A Examination) on 16th March 2024. It is a 3-hour examination in the form of Multiple-Choice questions designed for its basic ophthalmic trainees. All Medical Practitioners who are registered with the Medical Council of Hong Kong are eligible to apply for the AFCOphthHK Part A Examination.

Ophthalmology trainees currently enrolled and following the College of Ophthalmologists of Hong Kong 2016 Training Curriculum and onwards will be allowed to have 4 attempts for Part A Examination and 4 attempts for Part B Examination.
